Right of Withdrawal or Return Policy

The buyer is entitled to revoke the purchase agreement within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the goods. This means that we accept unopened and externally undamaged bottles within 14 days of receipt of the goods and refund the purchase price to you.

Please notify us promptly in writing by fax, letter, or email in this case. In the event of revocation, the customer is obliged to return the goods already received to us immediately.



The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods if the value of the goods does not exceed 40 euros. For a higher value of goods, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for easy deposit at any branch of the Deutsche Post.

In any case of return, the buyer is obligated to pack the goods properly in the shipping boxes approved by the postal service that we use.

Other

Force majeure, operational disruptions, or official measures release us from the obligation to deliver. Our offer is subject to change, and prior sale is reserved.
