For the Salvioni family, wine is a collective work...
Wine is teamwork, and this belief is the most important principle for the Salvioni family. For three generations, they have been producing excellent wines. Even the grandfather, Umberto, made wine for his friends. Today, his grandchildren work in the Azienda alongside him.
The grapes are hand-selected, and only the best vintages are used to create the famous Brunello.
Salvioni's wine is distinctive, and each vintage is among the best and most coveted wines in Italy. Located at 420 meters above sea level, there is a small but beautiful plain where the 20 hectares of vineyards of "La Cerbaiola" are situated. Thanks to the loving care that the family provides to their vines and the consistent reduction of yields, a wonderful and unique Brunello is created here, characterized by its exceptional character.
