Casa Vinicola Merotto is situated in the heart of the "Prosecco Road" between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.


Gentle hills and slopes characterize this region, and its proximity to the Pre-Alps provides the vineyards with protection against significant climatic fluctuations. It is here that Graziano Merotto skillfully and passionately produces his Prosecco di Valdobbiadene, consistently delivering vintages of high quality.


The family estate was established 100 years ago, and even then, Agostino Merotto was renowned for his Prosecco. Since the 1980s, Graziano Merotto has been leading the winery, expanding and modernizing it. For a long time, their Proseccos have been regarded as among the finest in the area.

Vinification: Vinification without skins, gentle pressing, and fermentation at controlled temperature. Second fermentation and natural fermentation in autoclaves for approximately 40 days at 12° - 13°C.

Alcohol content: 11% vol.

Residual sugar: 16 g/l

Color: Pale yellow with a greenish shimmer

Aroma: Fruity bouquet with notes of green apple, pear, banana, and acacia flowers

Taste: Soft and balanced with good body, hints of ripe white-fleshed fruits, and a delicate, floral, and fruity finish

Food pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or with fish dishes and seafood

Serving temperature: 6-7°C

Perlage: Fine and long-lasting, creamy and sparkling foam
