These terms and conditions apply exclusively to all sales made to end customers.

Ordering and Contract Conclusion

A purchase contract is established when the buyer places an order and receives confirmation from the seller. The seller may also proceed with delivery without a written order confirmation.

Product Offer and Prices

Prices include value-added tax and do not include shipping costs. The published price list supersedes any previous prices and sales conditions. Our current printed price list is always considered valid. Price changes and errors are subject to correction.

Delivery Conditions

The minimum order quantity is 6 bottles. Delivery is carried out by a parcel service. Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and the weight of the goods. Typically, delivery is completed within 5-7 working days from the date of the order.

Payment Conditions

All invoices must be paid within 14 days from the invoice date, without any deductions. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and default interest at a rate of 5% above the current discount rate of the Deutsche Bundesbank. We accept the following payment methods: advance payment, PayPal, direct debit, cash, bank transfer, and credit card. For the first order, payment is generally required in advance.

Retention of Title

The goods will remain the property of our company until full payment has been received.

Breakage and Shortages

Claims for breakage and shortages will only be accepted if we receive the delivery note within 14 days after delivery, with the breakage or shortage noted by the carrier. In the case of shipment by post, the recipient must file a damage report at the relevant post office.

Rarities

Wines aged at least 10 years are not eligible for claims.

Right of Withdrawal or Return Policy

The buyer has the right to revoke the purchase contract within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the goods. This means that we accept unopened and externally undamaged bottles within 14 days of receiving the goods and will refund the purchase price to you. Please notify us promptly in writing by letter or email in this case. If the purchase is revoked, the customer is obligated to return the received goods to us immediately. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. In the case of a return, the buyer must properly pack the goods using the shipping boxes approved by us. The refund will be made using the original payment method used by the customer.

Miscellaneous

We are released from the obligation to deliver in cases of force majeure, operational disruptions, or official measures. Our offer is subject to change, and prior sale is reserved.
