This is how the advantages of Salento can be described in a few words. The owner, Giuseppe Gorgoni, has long experience in the wine sector. In 2012, he fulfilled a dream and founded Azienda Corte dei Frati in Guagnano. Together with his family and the oenologist Francesco Conte, he produces wines full of intensity from the classic grape varieties of Salento such as Negroamaro, Primitivo, and Nero di Troia.
