"Camilla" 2022/23

Mehr über den Winzer

For four generations, the Malavasi family has been dedicated to agriculture, particularly viticulture. As early as the 19th century, Tita Malavasi produced wine here, which he distributed as payment in kind to the 50 families who worked for him. In the following years, the family focused on winemaking. Grandfather Callisto became famous for throwing the grape pomace into the well after vinification and pressing "to flavor the water." The Azienda spans 10 hectares, and today Daniele Malavasi produces wines from selected grapes from the best vineyards, combining ancient traditions with modern techniques. His wines aim to stimulate three senses: sight, smell, and taste.
