In 1927, Alberto Bartali and his wife Leda Pucci founded the winery in the heart of the Chianti region, on a hill near the town of Monteriggioni. Their son Rivo took over the winery and expanded it with his expertise and passion for high-quality wines. Rivo passed on his love for the Tuscan landscape to his children Alberto, Wanda, and Maria, as well as to Wanda's husband, Marco, who together continued to develop the winery. Today, the family tradition is carried on by the children Filippo, Linda, and Andrea.

The cellar has a capacity of more than 18,000 hectoliters and processes the different products with utmost precision and efficiency. The cellar can produce over 2,500,000 bottles annually in various formats.

The Campinoti estate was acquired by Rivo Bartali in 1968. It spans 80 hectares of land, including 15 hectares of vineyards, overlooking the beautiful town of San Gimignano. The estate produces 600 hectoliters of Chianti wine and 300 hectoliters of Tuscan white and red wine. The Campinoti estate also includes 250 olive trees, farmland, and forests.

The Villa Casone estate covers 80 hectares of land and was acquired in 1976. The villa, once owned by the Terrosi Vagnoli counts, features a majestic park with forests and cultivated areas. The three children and their respective families reside on the Villa Casone estate.

Since the 1980s, Casa Vinicola Bartali has exported its wines to five continents, sharing the values of the Alberto Bartali family with many different cultures.
