In a valley amidst the green hills of Offida, Silvano di Lorenzo discovered in 1990 the place that would mean a new beginning and the realization of a dream for him and his family. He kept the original name "San Giovanni" and decided to preserve and restore the traditional farm buildings of the old estate. Excellent clay-rich soils, the proximity to the Adriatic Sea with fresh breezes in the summer and mild warmth in the winter, form the backdrop of this fascinating landscape. Today, a young team continues Silvano's work with great enthusiasm. They cultivate 30 hectares with great respect for the natural rhythms in the vineyard, primarily planting indigenous grape varieties. Starting with the 2014 vintage, all the wines of the Azienda are not only organically certified but also vegan.
