Wine is teamwork; this is the most important principle for the Salvioni family. For three generations, they have been producing excellent wines here. Even Grandfather Umberto made wine for his friends. Today, his grandchildren work at the Azienda. The grapes are hand-selected, and only the best vintages produce the famous Brunello. Salvioni's wine is distinctive, and each vintage ranks among the best and most sought-after wines in Italy. At 420 meters above sea level lies a small but beautiful plain where the 20 hectares of vineyards of "La Cerbaiola" are located. Thanks to the loving care the family gives to their vines and the consistent reduction of yield, a wonderful Brunello is created here, unique in its character.
